Hello fellow followers of our great adventure to the unknown. and hello toyou who diont really care but just want something to read to pass the day.I will have to talk very briefly again about what we have done as (yetagain) we hve done so much.We have had a great 3 weeks or so since we last wrote. We finally left thewinery but not without 3 boxes of peaches and a back seat full of wine andport. We enjoyed a great time in North Victoria and would recomend that areaof Australia to anyone who wants to see some amazing stuff and meet someamazing people. We left there on a sunny wednesday afternoon and drove foraround 6 hours to Canberra where Chiannon and Kristy were kind enough tooffer us a bed. We met Chiannon and Kristy at Christmas back in Perth and itwas great to meet up with them again and tell them stories of our adventuressince we last met. They were great hosts and recommended some sights for usto see on our very short visit to the capital city. We went to theAustralian institue of sport in the morning. This is like a massive acadamyfor talented young sports men and women. We were shown around by abasketball player and we saw all of the facilities they have at theredisposal. This was a really good tour and after spemding a few hours thereyou can see why Australians have been so succsessful in all areas of sportin recent years. We then went to the war memorial on Canberra and i have tosay i could have spent all day in there. It has some great models andartifacts and i found it very interesting. We then drove around Canberrabefore heading back to Chainnon and Kristies where they put on a loverlymeal for us. I have to say Canberra suprised me a lot. It was veryintersting and I have promised myself that i will go back to see it properlyat some point. We then moved on towards Sydney stopping for the night in a small placecalled Kangaroo Valley. This was a very cool little place with some amazingscenery. We spent an evening there (mostly in the pub) , and woke the n extmorning to make our way to Sydney to meet Andy's parents. It was our fist day in sydney that our first thing went wrong on the trip sofar. Our exhaust decided that it no longer wanted to be attached to our carand so blew up. It made life fun when picking Andy's parent up from theairport but apart from that No Worries Mate!!We have had a great 2 weeks in Sydney thanks mainly to Andy's parents andtheir flexible friends. But we really appreciate it as it has allowed us todo some of the things we otherwise wouldnt have been able to do. Excitingthings done in Sydney include walking across the harbour bridge, visitingthe opera house, going to the olympic village, parramatta, Zoo, Nationalparks, Bondi beach, Manly beach (thankfully no jellyfish bites) and manymore. the Sydney trip was highlighted with a 2 day trip to the bluemountains where we enjoyed what could arguably be called some of the mostbeautiful and dramatic scenery of the trip so far.Our journey will continue this evening as we head north on our way toBrisbane. but we must extend a big thanks for the help from Kristy andChiannon and my (Andys) parents.Ok well thats about it for now Peace out and Vote for Pedro.Andy and Chris
